About me

Originally from the USA, I have been in London since January 2011 with my Bristolian husband. With a Bachelors degree in Biology and Masters degree in Zoo and Aquarium Management, I have a ‘real’ job at a scientific research institution and spend my evenings and weekends training and blogging.  Somewhere in there, I manage to find time to exercise.

Personal Training

As ‘The Happiness Personal Trainer,’ I am available for one-on-one or group training sessions in East London. My clients tend to be women, ages 30+, who are looking to start exercising for the first time or have taken a break and are ready to get fit again.

I guide these ladies to find happiness by:

   • Encouraging personal growth beyond comfort zone

   • Setting achievable goals to make large and measurable impacts on health and happiness
   • Identifying exercise options to find a perfect fit
   • Consuming nourishing food to fuel body for living life

Complimentary consultation

We start with a complimentary consultation, during which we will set your goals. In the weeks to come, we will address these goals through workout sessions, ‘homework,’ and by staying in touch via email.  The investment starts at £75/hour for private lessons. There is a discount for groups.

Digital coaching

All you need is a Smartphone and I can monitor your activities, sleep, food intake, and holistic goals from anywhere in the world. I will cheer you on to get you across your finish line, whatever it may be. This service is perfect for busy people who don’t have time to hire a personal trainer.
