1 min each side- Woodchoppers
1 min each side- Bulgarian squat
1 min- Plank
1 min- Lateral raise
1 min- Bicep curl
1 min- Box jumps
1 min- Spiderman push/press ups
1 min- Hip raise
1 min- Boat pose
1 min- Burpees
1 min- Jumping jacks/Star jumps
1 min- Upright row
